Payment methods
Orders via our online shop can be paid with the following payment methods.
PayPal
Pay conveniently by Paypal, direct debit, credit card or purchase on account. Please note that the delivery address must be the same as the address registered with Paypal, otherwise the payment may not be carried out.
With PayPal you can order today and pay after 30 days.
Klarna Pay Later
Pay conveniently within 30 days of the invoice date directly to Klarna. If the payment is rejected by Klarna, you will be redirected back to the store and can select another payment method such as Paypal or prepayment.
Klarna Slice It
Pay for your purchase in flexible monthly installments with a minimum monthly rate of €6.95. You can pay back higher installments or the full amount at any time.
Cash in advance
Please transfer the total amount to our account within 14 days. After we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched. The necessary account details will be sent to you by email immediately after your order.
Credit Card
Select the appropriate credit card type in the checkout form. The invoice amount is initially only authorised. At the time of dispatch, the amount will be debited from your credit card account.
EPS
Pay quickly, conveniently and securely via the online payment procedure developed by Austria's largest banks. This payment method is only available to customers from Austria.
iDeal
iDEAL is a secure payment method that can be used by customers and businesses with a bank account at almost any Dutch bank. Incoming payments are guaranteed. This payment method is only available to customers from the Netherlands.
Bancontact
Bancontact is a secure payment method used by many consumers and companies with a Belgian bank account.
Belfius
Belgian customers of Belfius Bank pay conveniently online via the Belfius Pay button.
KBC
Belgian customers of KBC/CBC Bank can pay conveniently online using the KBC/CBC payment button.
Minimum order price
In order to be able to order from the online shop, your shopping cart must reach a minimum price. The minimum order price for an order is 19,00 €.
Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 days in Germany and within 1 - 6 days after conclusion of the contract in the case of deliveries abroad (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Items with different delivery times will be sent in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
