Steps for removing and installing a replacement heater in a Sawo - Sentiotec sauna heater.

Start by switching off and disconnecting the sauna heater from the mains to avoid electrical accidents. Then open the cover of the sauna heater, usually by loosening screws or clips, to gain access to the heater's internal components. There you will find the heating rod. To remove it, loosen the screw that holds the heating rod in place. Be sure to keep the screw in a safe place, as you will need it later to fix the new heating rod. Then disconnect the two cables to which the heating rod is connected.

1. prepare for assembly:

Start by switching off the sauna heater and disconnecting it from the mains to avoid electrical accidents. Then open the cover of the sauna heater, usually by loosening screws or clips, to gain access to the internal components. Locate the old heating rod inside the heater. Loosen the screw that holds the heating rod in place. Make sure you keep the screw in a safe place as you will need it later to fix the new heating rod. Then disconnect the two cables to which the old heating rod is connected. 2.

2. prepare for mounting

Take the new heating rod out of the packaging and compare it with the old heating rod. Make sure that the new heating rod is the same size and power as the old one. If the new heating rod is larger or more powerful, it may not fit in the sauna heater or may damage the heater. Make sure that the new heating rod is compatible with your Sawo - Sentiotec sauna heater model. 3.

3. installation of the new heating rod

Place the new heating rod in the place where the old heating rod sat. Use the previously saved screw to securely fasten the heating rod. Make sure the heating rod is firmly seated and does not wobble to ensure efficient heat transfer and safe conditions.

4. connecting the power supply

Connect the power supply to the new heating rod. There are usually two cables with connectors that connect to the heating rod. Ensure that the cables are securely and tightly connected and make sure they are in the correct positioning as per your previous notes.

5. testing the function

After you have installed the new heater and made the connections, replace the sauna heater cover and securely fasten the heater to the wall. Make sure you put the right amount of sauna stones in the heater, as they help to conduct and store heat. Then reconnect the sauna heater to the mains and switch it on. Let the sauna heater run for some time to check that the new heater works correctly and heats the sauna room to the desired temperature.
