Harvia Legend 240 woodburning stove

The Harvia Legend 240 woodburning stove has a large stone basket that can hold many sauna stones. This guarantees even and long-lasting heat. Due to its unusual design, the Harvia Legend 240 is often used in large saunas.

In accordance with legal regulations, this heater naturally complies with the 2nd stage of the 1st BimSCH regulation. 200 kg of sauna stones are required to operate the heater. These are not included in the scope of delivery.

Scope of delivery:

  • 1 x Harvia Legend 240 wood-burning sauna heater.

The BImSch kit consists of two steel sheets that must be inserted into the firebox of the Harvia Legend 240 according to the enclosed instructions. When using the BImSchV kit, the exhaust gas standards of the 1st BImSchV are fulfilled. Please consult with your local district chimney sweep before purchasing the Harvia Legend 240 woodburning stove.

Safety distances Harvia Legend 240:

  • Surface to ceiling at least 1 000 mm
  • to the back at least 250 mm
  • to the sides 210 mm
  • in front of the stove 1 000 mm

According to the current packaging law, we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end users free of charge, in accordance with § 15 Para. 1 S. 1 VerpackG:

  1. Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
  2. sales packaging and secondary packaging which, after use, does not typically accumulate as waste at private final consumers,
  3. sales packaging and secondary packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility pursuant to section 7 subsection (5), and
  4. sales packaging of pollutant-containing contents or
  5. reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging material is used when the product is delivered and we take this back free of charge. We thus ensure that the packaging material is returned to the recycling cycle. By informing you about the return options, we aim to achieve better results in the return of packaging and ensure a contribution to the fulfilment of the European recycling targets according to the EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As the end consumer, you can hand over the packaging material to the delivering company at the actual place of delivery or hand it over in its immediate vicinity.
