Explanation of the ordering process:
Your order works as follows:
I. Product selection
Select the product you want in the product categories or via the product search. Click on the button "Add to shopping cart" to save the selected product in the shopping cart without obligation. Now you can select further products and add them to the shopping basket.
II. Ordering the selected products
Note: You can end the ordering process at any time up to the binding submission of your offer to conclude a contract by clicking the "Order subject to payment" button in step 4 "Checking and ordering" by closing your Internet browser. You can correct input errors at any time by clicking on "Delete" and "Update".
Step 1: "Your shopping basket": Checking the contents of the shopping basket
When you have completed your selection, please click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the screen. The contents of your shopping basket will then be displayed without obligation. You can change the number of products by overwriting the number entered under "Quantity" and then clicking on "Update". To remove one or more products from your shopping basket, click on "Delete" and "Update". So please click on the "Update" button after each change to display the changes. If you wish to continue the ordering process, please click on "Continue".
Step 2: "Register" or "Create a customer account".
At this point you have the option of creating a customer account which will enable you to order in future without having to enter your details again. Please note that by creating a customer account, you are giving us your consent to store the data you have provided, which can be revoked at any time free of charge for the future. To create a customer account, please click on "Continue" under the "New customer" field. You can find more information on the subject of "Data protection and customer account" under "Legal" -> "Data protection". If you are already registered as a customer, please enter your user name and password here.
Step 2: "Address / Shipping method": Enter delivery and billing address
If you order as a guest, I need your billing and shipping information to process your order. Please enter the necessary data in the form provided without obligation. Mandatory fields are marked with *. As a registered customer, your data is already stored. You can enter a different delivery address. Click on "Continue".
Step 3: Payment methods
In the next step you can select the payment method without obligation.
Step 4: "Address / Method of payment": Checking the data, "Address / Method of delivery": Terms of delivery and payment, General Terms and Conditions, Information on the right of withdrawal
Please read my general terms and conditions carefully. You can view them by clicking on the button "AGB". Confirm that you have read and accept them by placing a tick in the box provided. Please further confirm that you have taken note of my customer information and also the information on the right of withdrawal (each of which can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding button) by ticking the appropriate box. I will send you the cancellation policy in text form by e-mail after receipt of your order. If you wish to continue the ordering process, please click on "Continue". To avoid errors, the data you entered will be displayed again without obligation. You can make changes by clicking on the button "Change. ".
Step 5: "Send order": Submitting an offer to conclude a contract
By clicking on "Order with obligation to pay" you are making an offer to conclude a contract.
