Explanation of the ordering process:
Your order works as follows:
I. Product selection
Select the product you want in the product categories or via the item search. By clicking on the button "Add to cart" the selected product is saved in the shopping cart without obligation. Now you can select further products and add them to the shopping cart.
II. ordering the selected products
Note: You can end the ordering process at any time until the binding submission of your offer to conclude a contract by clicking on the button "Order subject to payment" in step 4 "Review and order" by closing your Internet browser. You can correct input errors at any time by clicking on "Delete" and "Update".
Step 1: "Your shopping cart": Check the contents of the shopping cart
When you have completed your selection, please click on the "shopping cart" button at the top of the screen. The contents of your shopping cart will then be displayed to you without obligation. You can change the number of products by overwriting the number entered under "Quantity" and then clicking on "Update". To remove one or more products from the shopping cart, click on "Delete" and "Update". So please click on the "Update" button after each change to display the changes. If you want to continue the ordering process, please click on "Continue".
Step 2: "Registration / Guest": Login, Optional: Create a customer account
At this point you have the choice whether you want to create a customer account, which allows you to order in the future without having to enter your data again, or whether you want to order as a guest without a customer account. Please note that by creating a customer account you give us the - at any time free of charge for the future revocable - consent to store the data you have provided. To create the customer account, please click on "Continue" under the field "New customers". Further information on the topic "Data protection and customer account" can be found under "Legal" -> "Data protection". If you are already registered as a customer, please enter your user name and password here. Then click on "Login". If you want to order as a guest, please click on "Continue" under "Without registration".
Step 2: "Address / Shipping Method": Enter shipping and billing address
If you order as a guest I need your invoice and shipping data to process your order. Enter the necessary data in the provided form without obligation. Mandatory fields are marked with *. As a registered customer your data are already deposited. You can enter a different delivery address. Click on "Next".
Step 3: Payment methods
In the next step you can select the payment method without obligation.
Step 4: "Address / payment method": Verification of data, Address / shipping method": Terms of delivery and payment, General terms and conditions, information about the right of withdrawal
Please read my General Terms and Conditions carefully. You can view them by clicking on the button "AGB". Confirm that you have read and accept them by placing a check mark in the box provided. Please further confirm that you have taken note of my customer information and also the information on the right of revocation (each of which can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding button) by placing the corresponding check mark. I will send you the revocation instruction in text form by e-mail after receipt of your order. If you want to continue the order process please click on "Continue". In order to avoid mistakes, the entered data will be displayed again without obligation. You can make changes by clicking the button "Change". “.
Step 5: "Send order": Submit offer for conclusion of contract
By clicking on "Order subject to payment" you submit your offer for conclusion of a contract.
