Payment methods

Orders via our online shop can be paid with the following payment methods.

You only pay after receiving your order. You then have 30 days to settle the invoice amount. This gives you plenty of time to check at home that everything is complete and decide which items you want to keep. In some cases, Klarna conducts a credit check and reserves the right to decline payment by invoice.
PayPal offers the following payment methods: instant payment, purchase on account (in 30 days) or installment payment (3 to 24 months), direct debit or debit and credit card.
Simply use your usual credit card for convenient and secure purchases up to €1000. Enjoy all the benefits of your card issuer – whether you pay with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. To protect your data, especially your credit card information, we use secure SSL encryption for data transmission.t.
With direct bank transfer, you can pay conveniently via your usual online banking. The transfer of the amount takes place in real time. As soon as the payment is successfully completed, we receive confirmation and can process your order immediately.
With Klarna financing, you have the option to pay the invoice amount in fixed or flexible monthly installments over a period of up to 24 months. If you wish, you can also repay the outstanding amount in full at any time. In certain cases, Klarna will conduct a credit check and reserves the right to decline the installment payment option.
Please transfer the total amount to our account within 14 days. Your order will be shipped once we have received your payment. The necessary bank details will be sent to you by email immediately after you place your order.
The eps payment method is a secure online payment system for our customers in Austria. It was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks to enable online purchases to be processed via reliable online banking. The abbreviation eps stands for "Electronic Payment Standard".
iDEAL is the most frequently used online payment method in the Netherlands. This is because the payment method is seamlessly integrated into the online banking products of the largest Dutch banks. These include: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bank.
Bancontact is a secure payment method used by many consumers and companies with a Belgian bank account.
Belgian customers of Belfius Bank pay conveniently online via the Belfius Pay button.

Minimum order price

In order to be able to order from the online shop, your shopping cart must reach a minimum price. The minimum order price for an order is 19,00 €.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 days in Germany and within 1 - 6 days after conclusion of the contract in the case of deliveries abroad (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Items with different delivery times will be sent in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
