There are several ways to find the desired article. The easiest way is to select the appropriate category and then the subcategory. But you can also use the search field in the upper third of our shop to search for articles. Here you can enter the search term or the article number. Of course you can also place your order by phone.
If the parcel service driver does not meet you, you will be informed of the next delivery date with a notification card in your letterbox or the goods will be delivered directly to your immediate neighbour. Here too, you will receive a notification card in your letterbox. If several delivery attempts fail, you can pick up the goods yourself at the nearby parcel shop.
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. You will receive information about news and our offers at irregular intervals. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
You will be given the bank details with the order confirmation.
Hardly at all. We have a large stock and can therefore (except for really few items) ship your order the same day. The delivery times can be found in the article description. This is updated regularly.
In rare cases, if not all items are in stock, you will receive a partial delivery. Of course this will not incur any additional shipping costs.
You can register with us to place an order, but you do not have to. You can also place orders as a "guest". However, if you register in our shop you have advantages. For example, you can view your old orders, etc.
If you have clicked on the notification field during the ordering process, you will receive an email from us with the consignment number and can thus track the route of the goods conveniently online. However, this is only possible for parcel shipments.
